When you fill in the request form, we process the data you share with us: name, email address, phone number, municipality, your role, type of building, number of units, and any preferences regarding the contact moment. If you complete the wifi check, we also store your answers and score.

3. What do we use your data for?

We do rely on processors who help us manage the website and follow up on requests, such as our hosting provider, email provider, internal communication tools (Slack), and analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). These parties process your data solely on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
